Augmented Reality

Augmented Reality is a new form of infotainment. The camera is looking at the real world. The video stream is analyzed by the phone. If the phone detects the image, the phone will add a graphical overlay (3D animation or video) on top of the camera view.  For example; a user uses a smartphone to look at a billboard. On the screen the billboard virtually opens up and a 3D character comers out to show you a special message.

Our Augmented Reality is based on natural features tracking, this means that we can recognize any image that has enough visual elements.

Use it everywhere!

Unlike other AR browsers, buzzAR is not based on the user's location and can be used indoor. We only use the user's location to be able to personalize the content and store usage statistics.
